living fully.

Over the last few months, there's been quite a bit of soul searching happening. No rhyme or reason as to why; its just happened. Figuring out where I want to be, who I want to be, where I want to be, etc.

I've always been a planner. I want to know what we're doing & when we're doing it it. I still plan, yes, but now, spontaneity excites me. I've learned that living in the moment sometimes has the best results.

I've learned life is really short. Really short. Life could end for any of us in the next minute without any warning. I never fully understood the real definition of that phrase until the last handful of years. And I'm fixing to be 33.

This blog is not just about traveling. Yes, traveling is amazing & we do quite a bit;  I would travel non-stop if money wasn't a factor. It's about experiencing life to the absolute fullest amount possible. It's getting the most out of the smallest, sometimes most insignificant things that we take for granted on a daily basis. It's making sure at the end of the day that you don't go to bed regretting it.

Over the last few months, we've been making changes to how we live and perceive the world around us. We stopped consuming alcohol (1 year this month). We've started using more earth friendly items. We're still working on that eating better thing - did you see we got a chocolate pinata to celebrate our birthdays yesterday?! OMG that thing!!  We're getting more sleep. I even read now. (big shocker!)

I've created a little graphic on some of my Living Fully practices if you'd like to use it; its below for saving & downloading. (Its FREE!)

living fully list

This list is very basic & can easily be expanded. If you've thought about living fuller & need some ideas of where to start, get in touch; I'd be more than happy to share some of my ideas. I'm no professional (I don't really think anyone is) but living fully also is something that each person has their own perception of.

Don't look back, always look forward.
